The data you send us yourself: the name, company, e-mail address, telephone number and message content submitted through the contact form or sent by e-mail. The website does not require registration and does not create user accounts. If you attach files to the form, their content is processed as well; please do not send documents containing more personal data than the enquiry requires. Beyond this, the website measures its own traffic, which the next section describes.
Separately from anything you send us, the website counts its own traffic. Cloudflare Web Analytics records which page was opened, which page you arrived from, the country, the browser and how long the page took to load. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not follow you to other websites and does not identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read and whether the site works (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object at any time at the e-mail address on the contact page. The site is delivered through Cloudflare's network, which also processes your IP address in order to route and protect each request; Cloudflare acts on our instructions as a processor.
To answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and, where it follows, to perform a contract with you. The legal basis is your consent and the necessity of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax law.
Your data is not sold and is not transferred to third parties for their own purposes. It may be processed by our IT and e-mail service providers acting on our instructions, and disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.
You have the right of access to your data, and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise any of these, write to the e-mail address on the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH).
The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in a separate cookie notice.
